We don’t buy the bar.
We melt it.

Every step from melt to finished thread runs in one factory.
Most superalloy fasteners on the market are machined from bars bought from third-party mills. This factory owns every step: vacuum induction melting, ESR/VAR refining, forging, heat treatment, and CNC machining.

High temperature bolts: what engineers ask before they spec.
What temperatures can superalloy fasteners withstand?
Our superalloy fasteners cover continuous service from 300°C to 815°C depending on alloy grade. Nimonic 80A retains strength to 815°C, Inconel 718 to 700°C, A-286 to 650°C, and Hastelloy C-276 to 425°C. For temperatures above 815°C, we offer custom nickel alloy bolts in refractory grades.
Which nickel alloy bolts work in sour gas (H₂S) environments?
For sour gas service, nickel alloy bolts in Inconel 718, Inconel 625, and Hastelloy C-276 meet NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 requirements. Inconel 718 is the most popular choice for high temperature bolts in sour wells due to its combination of strength and H₂S resistance up to 700°C.
Can you manufacture custom high temp bolts to our drawing?
Yes. We produce custom high temp bolts in non-standard head styles, thread pitches, lengths, and coatings, from 50-piece trial runs to full production volumes. Our in-house melt shop means we can also tailor the alloy chemistry to your exact service conditions.
What certifications do your aerospace fasteners carry?
Our aerospace fasteners are supplied with full material certification to AMS, ASTM, and EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2. We support NADCAP-accredited processes and can arrange third-party witness testing (Lloyd's, Bureau Veritas, TÜV) on request. Every heat is PMI-verified.
How do gas turbine bolts differ from standard fasteners?
Gas turbine bolts must maintain clamping force through thermal cycling from ambient to 700°C+, resist oxidation and creep, and survive thousands of start-stop cycles without relaxation. We use controlled grain-flow forging, solution-and-aging heat treatment, and γ″ precipitation control to deliver this performance in Inconel 718 and Nimonic 80A.
What is the lead time for superalloy fastener orders?
Standard grades (Inconel 718, A-286) in common sizes ship within 2-3 weeks from our ex-stock program. Custom high temp bolts requiring a dedicated melt typically ship in 6-8 weeks. We also offer an expedited service for breakdown and outage situations, so contact our engineering team for availability.
