Vacuum induction melting, electroslag and vacuum arc remelting, hot forging, cold heading, 5-axis CNC machining, thread rolling and heat treatment all run in one facility in Jiangsu, China. Nothing is subcontracted, so the heat you approve is the bolt you receive.
Our fasteners are supplied to gas turbine, aerospace, petrochemical and marine customers across 10+ countries. Every bolt ships with a material test certificate per EN 10204 3.1 carrying the heat number, the full chemical analysis, the mechanical test results and the hardness record, archived and retrievable by heat.
